Fire day as Corporate Affairs Commission Headquarters Abuja, Dugbe Market, Ibadan gutted by fire

Exactly one week after part of the office of the Accountant General of the Federation (AGF) was burnt by a mystery fire, the headquarters of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Abuja has been gutted by fire.

Also, from Ibadan, capital of Oyo Stat, a building and part of the popular Dugbe market was razed by fire.

The top 7th floor of the magnificent Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) headquarters building opposite the High Court complex and beside the headquarters of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in highbrow Maitama District, Abuja, went up in flames

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. 

The fire is said to have engulfed the last floor of the seven storey building, destroying valuables and other items.

Already, the Nigeria Police, Fire Service and other security agencies have launched investigations into the cause of the fire incident.
