US slams Twitter ban in Nigeria, says it undermines freedom of expression, sends “poor message” to investors, businesses

The Nigerian federal government’s ban on use of Twitter in the country undermines Nigerians’ freedom of expression, the United State of America Mission in Nigeria said on Saturday.

The U.S. Mission says it “sends a poor message to its citizens, investors and businesses.”
