U.S. Secretary of State, Blinken, arrives Nigeria, meets with Buhari at Presidential Villa, Abuja

US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, has arrived Abuja, Nigeria’s capital for a two-day visit.

Already, Secretary Blinken is currently holding a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari as part of his three-nation trips.

The U.S. Secretary of State will after his meeting with President Buhari, equally meet Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

Sources said that Blinken is expected to sign aid agreements during the meeting with the Vice President.

Thereafter, he will address a joint press conference with Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Geoffrey Onyeama.

Blinken, who was in Kenya on Wednesday, will leave Abuja for Senegal.
