Nigeria: Bandits kill four residents of Barawa, Batagarawa LGA, Katsina State

Terror bandits continue their reign of violence in Northwest Nigeria, killing four persons as they invaded Barawa community, Batagarawa Local Government Area (LGA) of Katsina State.

Sources confirmed that the killings occurred around 9pm on Sunday November 21 when the terror bandits, numbering over 100 and wielding heavy ammunition, attacked the community.

They moved from house to house, carting away valuable items and rustling several animals.

Four locals were killed while several others were inflicted with injuries during the attack which lasted more than one hour.

Last weekend, the bandits had attacked Gidan Kuka village in Kankara LGA of the State, rustling several livestock and carting away food items.
