I1 Soldiers Killed, 20 Wounded As Terrorists Invade Kaduna State Army Base

Terrorists in their large numbers on Monday night attacked Nigerian Army troops stationed around Rafin Taba, Giwa Local Government Area (LGA) of Kaduna State, killing 11 soldiers and leaving about 20 wounded.

Also, members of the Kaduna State Vigilance Service personnel deployed to the area were killed in the daring attack.

Sources said that the rampaging terrorists destroyed several fighting equipment, vehicles and weapons in the attack which that lasted for hours.

The terrorists, who were heavily armed, were using heavy armament, Rockets Propelled Grenades (RPGs), explosives and special weapons.

But Nigerian troops have mobilized heavy reinforcements and are on the trail of the terrorists.
