An anti-aging diet includes foods high in nutrients such as antioxidants and proteins, which promote key physical functions and keep the body in good condition.

  • Nuts

Nuts are high in unsaturated fats, fiber, and protein, as well as other heart-healthy elements. Almonds, cashews, walnuts, and peanuts should all be included in your diet.

  • Water

Water consumption diminishes as you get older since you don’t feel as thirsty as you used to. A body without water, on the other hand, is like a machine that hasn’t been oiled in a long time.
