Anambra State Govt Bans Austin Ndigwe from Parading Himself As Awka Kingdom Traditional Ruler

The Anambra state government has banned Chief Austin Ndigwe from parading himself as the traditional ruler of Awka Kingdom.

The government said that the ban has become necessary as his actions are capable of causing breach of peace in the State.

Reminding Chief Ndigwe that it is equally a criminal offence to continue to do so, Commissioner of Information, Sir Paul Nwosu, said that the recognised traditional of Awka Kingdom remains Igwe Gibson Nwosu, Eze Uzu II.
