EFCC Arrests Nine Suspected Internet Fraudsters in Enugu, To Be Charged To Court Soon

 Operatives of the Enugu Zonal Command of the  Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC,   have arrested nine suspected internet fraudsters in  Enugu

They were arrested  on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, based on verified intelligence about their suspicious internet-related activities.

 The suspects are:  Victor Odinaka Itodo, Opara Jacob Chukwuanayo, Emmanuel Ozioma Ifeanyi, Ibeh Chisom, Godswill Chiemerie, Okafor Amarachukwu , Victor Chinaecherem Okoro, Franklin Anosike and Itodo Jude Chigozie.

Items recovered from them are  five vehicles,  25 mobile phones of different brands and  seven  laptops.  

 They will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
