The Presidential candidate of Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, on Wednesday pleaded with members of the Obidients family not to converge and turn the Federal Court of Appeal, venue of the Presidential Election Tribunal, into a rally ground.

Urging them to “go about their businesses peacefully,” Obi vowed to take back “our stolen mandate.”

The Labour Party Presidential candidate said in a tweet: “As we go about seeking redress for our stolen mandate, I plead with OBIdients to respect the sanctity of the Court premises and give our legal team the space and peaceful environment to carry out their duties.

“The Court Premises is not and should not be turned into a rally ground. I urge the Obidients to go about their businesses peacefully.”
