‘We Care Women” Group Congratulates, Visits Delta State Governor-elect In Warri

A group of women known as “We Care Women” has congratulated the Delta State Governor-elect and Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, for emerging victorious after a hard fought Governorship election.

Speaking with a Correspondent of Global Upfront Newspapers (GUN) at the weekend after visiting the Governor-elect, the leader of the group, Mirian Ofili popularly call Mimi 1, said the emergence of Oborevwori is a reflection of the fact that the will of the people prevailed in the election. 

According to her: “As you embark on the process of a transition to a new administration, we pray that God Almighty will guide and direct your steps as you prepare to provide the much-needed service and leadership to the good people of Delta State.”

She added that the Governor-elect has rendered impeccable services that have touched the lives of the people of the State in a remarkable way.

Hon. Oborevwori thanked the group and pledged to work diligently.
