The third part of this discourse starts with an unplanned clarification. This unplanned clarification will make the discourse stretch out to a fourth part.
Somebody very close to me called me to say that as a Christian, I am not supposed to make the observations I have made about the war in Gaza Strip where Israel is determined to rout out Hamas even if that decision means annihilating every living thing in Palestine and pulverizing the country.
This advice given by somebody who loves me dearly, who will not also want me to be entangled in Israel’s decision to wipe out Hamas from the ‘face of the earth’, is in line with the preponderant view carefully sold to the world by Western European Media and championed by no less a person than the Israeli Prime Minister himself, Benjamin Netanyahu, who has released several video clips of messages to pass on this information.
For the avoidance of doubt, I must state my position immediately on this issue. In a work in The Kaleidoscope Archives titled, “The Truth About the War in the Middle East” published one month ago, I had made my position clear about the war in Gaza Strip. My opinion on that war is clear and I shall repeat it here that a truce in the war presently ravaging Gaza strip must be founded on the original recommendation of the United Nations in 1947 before the creation of the nation of Israel in 1948. Both parties must revert to that recommendation which allotted parts of the Gaza Strip to the two sons of Abraham from Hagar and Sarah (Ishmael and Isaac, respectively).
The creation of the state of Palestine on 15th November 1988 as per the demands of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) under the leadership of Yasser Arafat is supposed to make a truce between Israel and her neighbors/cousins easy, but that seem not to be the case. Why, you may ask?
The reason it has not made it easy is that both Israel and Palestine are not complying with the United Nations recommendations upon which the two nations were founded. Talking about compliance, I must ask a rhetorical question: Is there any difference between the opinions of the Hamas, the Hezbollah, the Palestinians, (which consist of Samaritans, Jews and Arabs) and the Palestine government about the war in Gaza Strip? The international community thinks that there is a difference in the opinions of the above four groups as regards the war in Gaza Strip but my research and understanding is that they hold the same opinion about the war.
In spite of whatever the Western European Media axis will tell you, the opinion they all hold including the officials of the Palestinian government who may be forced to keep sealed lips in order to keep the multilateral and unilateral aids flowing from Western Europe and America into their country, is that of a Jihad.
The world must know that that war is heavily infused with the religion of Islam as its central theme and driver. In saying this, I bet that that war is sure to spread to other Arab nations and get more complex as a result of the legendary and infectious religious sympathy of Muslims amongst co-adherents to the religion of Islam, if Israel and America do not take immediate and appropriate measures in handling it, first, with an immediate ceasefire and end to hostilities and second, with another round of internationally-brokered peace accord in the manner of the Camp David Peace Accord.
In all affairs of man, there must be dissenting voices and I, in this circumstance, have chosen to be one for the sole reason of saving human lives and preserving the earth for human habitation. In this belief, I am sure that there will be other ways to solve the problem between Israel and her Arab neighbors/cousins without going to war. The world must insist on and press for a dialogue, anyway, anyhow. The world must know that there has never before in human history such resistance from the Arab world as presently witnessed in Gaza Strip. For the avoidance of doubt, the following Islamic groups are actively participating in that war.
These groups are:
- Al Quassam (Hamas) – Palestine
- Palestine Islamic Jihad – Palestine
- Islamic Republic of Iran
- Ansar’ Allah (Houthis group) Yemen
- Hezbollah – Lebanon
- Iraqi Islamic Resistance (Hashid Al Shabi, Asaib Ahlal Haqq, that is, Hezbollah in Iraq, amongst others)
- Syrian Arab Republic, etc.
The world must know that the present war going on in Gaza Strip has taken deep religious dimensions. My advice is that it is good to sit at a dialoging and negotiating table to sort out the matter before it engulfs the whole world. The deep religious connotation rightly or wrongly put to it must serve as a deterrent for further aggression.
My prediction about the war in Gaza Strip is that if it happens that Israel finds its way in destroying Palestine and temporarily checkmating Hamas, the world may see more dangerous terror groups worse than Hamas and Hezbollah sometime in the future.
By the way, there are two major reasons why peace and political stability have been elusive in Gaza Strip, nay Middle East. These reasons are:
- RELIGIOUS INFLUENCE:
AS a journalist with a vast network of contacts everywhere around the world courtesy of the mutual arrangement of news exchanges, I am privileged to know what goes on within the inner camps of the two warring sides in Gaza Strip. Though they may posit otherwise, both Israel and Hamas see the war in Gaza Strip as a Holy War. While Israel draws inspiration from their sufferings of the exilic periods and the Jewish dark years of the Nazi Concentration Camps to mercilessly rout out Hamas and Hezbollah, these two organizations are seeking the support of the Muslim Ummah around the world as well as calling for Islamic ‘Dua for our Mujahideen’ from Muslims all over the world so that Hamas wins the war.
How long the carrot stick approach (usually employed by America by the means of ‘multilateral and unilateral aids’ and subventions packaged by the United Nations agencies to checkmate the involvement of other Arab Nations in the conflict) will last, nobody knows.
But what is certain is that most times, obedience to the demands of religious affiliation takes the first consideration before economic reasons in the affairs of man. You may call this mental slavery by the religions but that is what it is.
Though America and the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) are not admitting it, and the Western European media axis is not writing about it, the Hezbollah is already deeply involved in the war in Gaza Strip because they have been sending devastating rocket and drone attacks to several United States military bases and installations in the Middle East. So many American and Israeli lives have been lost in these attacks all of which are recorded and circulated within the Arab countries as successes of the Islamic Resistance (as they call it) in the war.
For example, in response to the latest video clip where the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu revealed that strategic military posts were concealed underneath carefully designed tunnels at the basement of a hospital by Hamas, Abu Obeidah, the spokes-person of Al Qassam (Hamas) military assault group responded that “the mujahedeen managed to damage or destroy 62 Zionist vehicles putting them out of service in the last 4 days (between 15th and 18th November 2023).
“We have prepared ourselves for a long continuous and flexible defense from all directions… what Netanyahu is looking for in Shifaa hospital evidence their failure and defeat… my dear brothers and sisters, I can confidently say that our beloved resistance are driving this battle and the enemies are heading for the abyss in both Gaza and Lebanon”.
The above statement and the earlier resolve by the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, at the end of his latest video clip message that, “Just as the United states would not agree to ceasefire after the bombing of the Pearl Habour and after the terrorist attack of 9-11, Israel will not agree with a ceasefire after the horrific attacks of October 7th. Calls for a ceasefire are calls for Israel to surrender to Hamas, to surrender to terrorism, to surrender to barbarism.
“That will not happen… ladies and gentlemen, the Bible says there is a time for peace, a time for war. This is a time for war!…”
These types of grand standing with religious undertones makes the war in Gaza Strip very complex. By the way, a cursory look down the lane of history shows that more wars have been fought in the world for religious reasons with greater number of lives lost in them than for other reasons whatsoever be the reasons political or otherwise.
Through these grand standings by these two strong men at the opposite sides of the war, I see the influence of two religions, I see destruction of lives and properties, I see such carnage the world had never seen before … above all, I see a dangerous division in world politics along religious line. The world must do everything it can do to make sure that these above prophecies are not fulfilled because the consequences will be both far-reaching and unending.
Has anybody thought about the fact that the problem in the Middle East and the sufferings of Israel, ancient and modern (from the first, second and third exilic periods unto this day) which they experienced and still experiencing through unending wars may be as a result of the originating injustice that crowned Isaac, the tail, as the head of the house of Abraham as against Ishmael, the natural head of the house of Abraham. Forget the Jewish caste system which confers legitimacy and hence right of inheritance of a Jewish father on the son of a Jewish mother even if the son of the non-Jewish mother is older than the son of the Jewish mother (as in Sarah and Isaac) and not in the son of a so-called strange woman (non-Jewish mother as in Hagar and her son Ishmael,) because every decree or conduct of man which contravenes the natural order of justice and equity will continuously be opposed by nature till the ‘wrongs’ are ‘righted’. My knowledge of the operations of natural laws makes me to think this way. This issue has extensively been discussed in two of my social/natural science laws, notably:
- The Anthropological Origin of Law
- Sociological Hierarchy of Law.
Both of these laws are jointly aimed at attaining the ‘Ideal State’ (as propounded by me) where equity and justice reign supreme in the administration of the human society.
These laws have severally been discussed extensively in several of my works in The Kaleidoscope Archives featuring in the Global Upfront Newspaper. By the way, it seems that the seed of the end of the ‘world system of things’, the apocalypse, was sown with the so-called choice of the Jews, nay the Israelites as God’s own people. Sadly and unknown to the world, the apocalypse seem to be realizable by this man-defined choice of the Israelites as the chosen ones. This definition, too, seem to be the driving force for the recalcitrance of Israel in the affairs of the world.
- AMERICAN INFLUENCE:
Though subtle, American influence is a major reason for the ravaging wars in Ukraine and Gaza Strip. This is actually what I am interested in discussing in this series as above titled.
My desire in the series is to reveal the hand of Esau (Israel) and the body of Jacob (America) in the war in Gaza Strip and the hand of Esau (Ukraine) and the body of Jacob (NATO/America) in the Russian/Ukraine war. I am not writing to impress or favour any religion in as much as I am not a fanatic of any religion including my Christian faith. My aim is to highlight the breaches in human rights including loss of lives which America, struggling to survive as a relevant Super Power around the world, is inflicting on humanity.
Having made all these necessary and unplanned clarifications, let me proceed to find out how America will still not succeed in sustaining its Super Power status in spite of the proxy wars she presently levies in Ukraine and Gaza Strip.
We will be concluding this discourse next week by highlighting the different responses of nature (God!), humanity (International Community), and individuals in addressing the deliberate imbalance that have been caused on people and the natural order of things by America.
The fact that America is at the centre of the storm of correcting this imbalance is Karmic since natural and physical laws of God (nature!) are not respecters of persons or nations. In anticipating the plethora of natural processes that will unfold as America unmistakably moves closer to end its rule over the world, we shall hazard a scientific ‘prophecy’ of what may come next as Pax Americana takes its bow. This ‘prophecy’ takes consideration of the wisdom of history and antecedents of the defunct nations and empires of men gone bye.
A veiled and revered master of the ancient mysteries (what the religions call Prophets), who I will prefer to call ‘Yodhul’ warned that “attachment to desires shall bring you sorrow”. This unfortunately is the way of men and nations. Sorrow and shame must be the lot of any person or country who, without regards and respect to the natural laws guiding life, principles of justice, equity and fair play, attach its body and soul to the fleeting glory of power and fame, and in the process to remain so, ruthlessly avert, through unnatural means, the unceasing order of change in the universe.
Let me quickly say here that history is presently repeating itself, or like I prefer to say, human beings are presently repeating history before our very eyes. Alexander the Great, the man who conquered Cyrus the Great with both military prowess and strategic cunningness, intoxicated by power, razed down the ancient city of Thebes in 335B.C in the same way the present government in Israel under the leadership of Benjamin Netanyahu and the guidance and watchful eyes of President Joe Bidan of America is speedily destroying the homeland of Palestinians in the Middle East in the guise of fighting Hamas.
History further records that, this sheer wickedness and inhuman action of mass murder and despicable destruction, was to be followed by dire consequences which led to the collapse of the kingdom founded by Alexander the Great and his subsequent death.
As for what is presently happening in Ukraine, in politics and international diplomacy, they say, there is neither a permanent friend nor a permanent foe but subsisting interests and every interest either personal, group or regional are best maintained with people within close geographical and physical proximity with you. It surprised me that Volodymyr Zelensky, the youthful (45 years old) President of Ukraine never articulated the interest of his country and countrymen vis-a-vis that of his closest neighbors and former allies in provoking Russia to wage war against his country. Obviously, he was guided by emotions and not reasons, to go into that war.
If he did properly articulate the interest of his country and pursue them with clear mind, he wouldn’t have gone for the goose chase for membership of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) against the common sense of understanding that a bird in hand was worth more than a million birds flying around in the bush.
It is sad to observe Zelensky, an erstwhile comedian (or was he also a skit merchant), through his costly leadership mistake, turn his country Ukraine into a big theatre, but this time, not a theatre of stage play or skit making, but a huge theatre of war where the world has been witnessing the destruction and annihilation of not only the wealth, but the entire civilization of his people which has been acquired over a period more than 200 years?
One may ask: Why is there always a war levied directly or indirectly by America wherever there are natural resources or wherever her so-called ‘strategic interest’ is experiencing difficulties?
The simple answer is: To sustain the American Super Power influence around the world. For example, let us briefly look at the controversies surrounding the Suez Canal. The Suez Canal, built in 1859, was originally owned by Egypt and France and leased out for 99 years. There was an arrangement that it could be used by all the nations while Egypt made the money as a result of its usage by nations. But this right of usage to all nations was deprived Israel and America during one of the wars which Israel waged against some Arab nations including Egypt.
President Jimmy Carter was to ‘normalize’ this arrangement through the signing of the Camp David Peace Accord between Israel and Egypt. But Israel and America never forgot, neither did they forgive. Shortly thereafter, an arrangement for a second Suez Canal to be controlled by only Israel and America on behalf of some Western European Countries was mooted.
This will naturally allow these countries not only to make money, but also to freely use the Canal as the seaway for their large Cargo Ships carrying their military soft and hard wares undetected across the Arab countries. America knew that if she did not go for a second Suez Canal, she will, through the periodical ‘recalcitrance’ of Egypt, continue to lose about 10% of the world global trade profits on haulage which passes through that region.
Consequently, the US Department of Energy, backed by the Presidency, began a massive excavation of the Negev with several tons of nuclear energy devices to create a second Suez Canal. For this project to be cost effective, the planners found out that Gaza Strip must be acquired even if all Palestinians are killed in the pursuit and Palestinian homeland pulverized.
To assure America that the project is worth the effort, America remembered that she had once lost $900m as a result of putting back in shape a damaged Cargo Ship which had once get stuck in the first and smaller Suez Canal which is under the control of Egypt. They did not want this loss to repeat.
Now, the second Suez Canal, the constructing of which is presently on-going, will effectively put millions of dollars to American coffers which money she needs to put to use in servicing the several hundreds of military bases around the world which she applies in maintaining her Super Power status across the countries of the world. America also know that the second Suez Canal will also allow unfettered and uncensored passage of America’s large military Cargo Ships across the Arab countries to hide ammunitions in the military bases stationed in that region.
Additionally, America also know that a second Suez Canal will take away the most powerful thing the Arab world has against her, Israel, and some other Western European countries including the United Kingdom and France.
A collapsing empire and Super Power the US no more spares anybody or any country presumed to be standing on her way and against her bid to remain relevant as the world’s sole Super Power. For this reason, it acts with impunity as showcased in the case of the Nordstream II Pipeline between Russia and Germany. The fear of German capital and industrialization meeting Russian oil and gas was an uncomfortable and big threat to the waning US economy. For this reason, America decided quickly to destroy that link, without regard to whatever could be the consequences, in order to continue to maintain the status quo of American supremacy above the nations of the world. One can go on and on recounting cases of impunity by America to shove up her waning image and declining empire and super power status.
I shall cap up this serial in the next part (Part Four) with a step-by-step articulation and analysis of what next the world may expect at the demise of Pax Americana, having carefully exposed the avoidable mistake of America which she would have done well to skip were she not blinded by greed to read and understand wisdom from the mistakes of the defunct and extinct empires of the past.
