Mrs Aminat Ibrahim, Wife Of Former CDS, Admiral OS Ibrahim, Buried In Abuja

Mrs Aminat Modupe Ibrahim, wife of Admiral Ola Sa’ad Ibrahim, former Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), is dead.

Mrs Ibrahim was a former President of Navy Officers Wives Association (NOWA) and Defence Officers Wives Association (DEPOWA)at the time her husband, Admiral Ibrahim was Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) and CDS.

Admiral Ibrahim served as Chief of the Naval Staff from 2010 to 2012, and as Chief of the Defence Staff from 2012 to 2014.

Sources confirmed that Mrs Ibrahim died on Tuesday night after a brief illness.

Funeral prayers took place Wednesday (November 6, 2024) at the National Mosque Abuja early in the afternoon by 1330 pm.

She was later buried at Gudu Cemetery, Abuja.
