Breaking: Court Sacks Njoku As APGA National Chairman, Reinstates Soludo-backed Sly Ezeokenwa

A Federal High Court, Abuja Division has declared as unlawful the recognition and publication of Chief Edozie Njoku as the National Chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA).

The Court held that there was no valid or subsisting Court judgment or order which compelled the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to recognize Njoku as the party’s National Chairman.

The Court therefore ordered INEC to immediately delete the name of Chief Njoku and members of his National Working Committee (NWC) as national officers of APGA.

The Federal High Court therefore directed INEC to forthwith restore the names of Barr Sly Ezeokenwa and the National Officers of APGA elected at the National Convention of the party held in Awka, Anambra State on May 31, 2024 as the duly elected NWC of the party.
