The decomposing body of Honourable Justice Azuka, the member representing Onitsha North Constituency I in the Anambra State House of Assembly, who was abducted on the night of Tuesday December 24, 2024 has been found.
He was kidnapped by gunmen while returning home on Ugwunaobankpa Road in Inland Town, Onitsha.
Sources confirmed that the body was found on Thursday morning at the 2nd Niger Bridge by a combined security team.
The Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, who confirmed the unfortunate incident, said: “Yes, our operatives are currently at the scene. As soon as I get more details, I will keep you updated.”
