He added, “We also ask all Muslims, wherever we are, to continue to live in peace with one another, to pray for our leaders, for you to be the best you can be, for all the relations of Almighty Allah that He put us together in this blessed country, Nigeria.

“As we witness the month of Ramadan, and have come and gone today, may He, in His infinite mercy, grant us many, many more years of witnessing many, many months of Ramadan, to continue to worship Him in the best way possible.

“May He grant us all our wishes, may He bring peace and stability to our great country, Nigeria. May our leaders fear Almighty Allah always, and serve Him through serving our people.

“May we continue to live in peace with one another. I wish you the best of peace and I say Eid Mubarak to all our dear Nigerians.
