The founder of the group, Chief Ezeajughi, explained that SIWON is centered on women that will move the motto of the party.

He said: “We are here today to inaugurate this formidable support group. It will pass other support groups. The significance of this support group is to encourage women that will move the motto of our party, ‘Onye Aghana Nwane Ya.’ It’s to encourage all of us.”

He called on them to be active in order to win their pulling units in the forth coming gubernatorial election in the state on November 8.

He x-rayed some of Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo’s achievements and also thanked him for adding women in his administration.

“As Individuals and as a group, you have potentials. I thank God for Mr Governor and his ideas about this. We will not disappoint Ndị Anambra. Let’s work together. Security, law and order has improved tremendously, including road infrastructure, health and education. Our amiable Governor has done it,” he said.
