Actress Uche Jombo Blasts Pastors, Churchgoers

Popular Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo-Rodriguez, has taken a swipe at churchgoers in her post on social media.

The 42-year-old actress also revealed why many people don’t know God and faulted the pastors for their lack of knowledge.

Uche Jombo stated that pastors have psychologically enchained many who should seek and worship God.

“Many people are enslaved mentally by pastors when the focus should be knowing and worshiping God,” the mother of one tweeted.

Her tweet got a reaction from a fan who responded. The fan identified on the micro-blogging platform as @nnamdichikee, said; “Pastors help them to know, understand and worship god.”

Replying the fan, Uche advised the person to re-read her tweet. “Read the tweet again slowly,” she countered.
