Former Russian PM: Prigozhin ‘Death’ A ‘Demonstration To Traitors,’ Says ‘Mr Putin Is Not Capable To Forgive’

Former Russian Prime Minister, Mikhail Kasyanov, has said he has no doubt President Vladimir Putin was behind the plane crash believed to have killed Yevgeny Prigozhin.

“I know that Mr Putin is not capable to forgive,” Mr Kasyanov told Sky News.

“I thought that Prigozhin would be killed somewhere in Africa or somewhere else.”

Following Prigozhin’s failed mutiny against Moscow, Mr Kasyanov said he became a traitor of the State.

“I think this is a demonstration that every traitor would be killed in a different way,” Mr Kasyanov said, giving a reason why he thinks Mr Putin is behind the plane crash.

“Mr Putin has demonstrated his anger to control.

“Prigozhin’s mutiny demonstrated Mr Putin’s weakness, and now Mr Putin had to create some kind of strength.”

Mr Kasyanov was Prime Minister of Russia for four years from 2000-2004, the same year Mr Putin became President for the first time.

Although Mr Putin has been widely accused of having had some involvement in the plane crash, neither he nor the Kremlin has made any comment thus far.
