Abuja Mobile Court seals popular Jabi Shopping Mall for 2 weeks for COVID-19 protocol violations

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Ministerial Task Team on COVID-19 on Sunday sealed the popular Jabi Lake Mall for two weeks for violating Presidential Task Force’s directives on the ban on public gatherings as part of measures to contain the spread of the dreaded pandemic  in the territory.

Magistrate Hidayat Akonni granted a two-week seal up order of the mall.

Jabi Lake Mall is an Abuja landmark on the Lake side of Jabi and renowned for its vast selection of over 120 stores.

Beyond shopping, the elegant mall also houses a number of restaurants and entertainment options, including a Cinema
