Chief of Army Staff, General Ibrahim Attahiru is dead.
General Attahiru died in an air crash in Kadunaon Friday evening.
He was on an official trip to Kaduna.
It is not yet clear the nature of the aircraft involved in the crash or the number of casualties on board.
But multiple sources said that General Attahiru died with his aides in the plane crash.
