Labour Party Unveils List of 1,234 Members Presidential Campaign Council As Okupe Says “15 Million Obidients Online Verified With PVC’

Director General of the Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Council, Dr Doyin Okupe, on Wednesday presided over the unveiling the 1,234-member Presidential Campaign Council just as he announced that the Labour Party Presidential candidate, Mr Peter Ob, has 15 million verified voter online ahead of the 2023 elections.

The National Organising Secretary of Labour Party, Clement Ojukwu, who announced some leaders of the 1,234-member Presidential Council said it would be chaired by Alhaji Muhammadu Zarewa, a former Assistant Inspector General (AIG) of Police.

Others members include Clement Ojukwu, Secretary General of the Party and chairman of the party, Barrister Julius Abure who will be the Chairman of the Advisory Council of the campaign.

Earlier, Dr Okupe had been designated the Director General of the Campaign Council while Chief Oseloka Obazee is the General Manager of the Council.

Okupe maintained that Peter Obi remains the frontline candidate to beat in the 2023 elections.

According to Doyin Okupe, the records show that there are more new voters than old voters, therefore, the pool of new voters with their power of tsunami would destroy the structures of the expired ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the main opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
