Nigerians have been reacting at a video which captured the moment Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, the Iyaloja General of Lagos and daughter of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was introduced as “Queen of Nigeria” at a wedding in Nasarawa State.
Tinubu-Ojo attended the wedding of Hafsah Azare and Abubakar Dandanku where she was ushered into the reception amidst praises and accolades.
“We have the most special guest of honour—a role model, the First Daughter of the Federation, the Iyaloja General of Lagos. Queen Mama, the Most Beautiful Queen of Nigeria,” the host declared.

Tinubu-Ojo made headlines in May after updating her X profile to include the title ‘First Daughter of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (FRN)’.
On October 1, as part of the independence anniversary of Nigeria, Mrs Tinubu-Ojo, flanked by two Nigerian flags, addressed Nigerians, urging the citizens to “keep the hope” alive for a better nation. stating that despite the challenges that abound in the country, she believed “Nigeria would still work for every Nigerian.”
Meanwhile, some Nigerian Instagram users expressed contrasting opinions concerning the accolade of “Queen of Nigeria.”
