Pascal To NFF: Rohr Deserves New Contract

Super Eagles’ Coordinator, Patrick Pascal, has advised the leadership of the NFF to renew the contract of Technical Adviser of the Super Eagles, Genrot Rohr, saying that the Franco-German man has brought stability into the team.

Pascal, who is the Chairman of Bauchi State Football Association, spoke in an online WhAtsApp Personality Interview organized by “FCT Football Update ” said Genrot Rohr has succeeded in bringing the needed competition into the team, and stabilizing every department of the team.

“What we have in the Super Eagles now is a bunch of young talented players that will serve the country for up to ten years, and win various laurels for the country. This is not a team where if a player is missing, the whole country will be panicking. In this present Super Eagles team, no player is indispensable. If a player is unavailable for whatever reasons, there are capable replacement, who will give their hundred performance. That is what makes a great team, and that is exactly one of the things Coach Rohr has achieved.“

The former Shooting Stars of Ibadan utility player said the days of rebuilding the team is gone, as Rohr has succeeded in putting together an enduring senior national team that will last test of time.
