Nigeria: Terror bandits kill man, kidnap his 3 children in Sayen lemu, Dutsen Abba, Zaria LGA, Kaduna State

Terror bandits continues their killings and kidnap activities in Kaduna State, killing a man in Sayen lemu, Dutsen Abba community, Zaria Local Government Area (LGA) of the State and also kidnapping three of his children.

The attack came barely 24 hours after some terror bandits abducted five persons in Dallatu and Kasuwar Da’a areas of Dutsen Abba in Zaria LGA of Kaduna State.

The victim, identified as Alhaji Habibu, was killed after the assailants infiltrated his residence around 11pm on Wednesday and shot him dead, before whisking his three children away.

Sayen lemu is a village close to Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria, five kilometres from where the bandits blocked the Kaduna-Zaria expressway on Monday, abducting not less than 30 commuters and killing six others, including a member of the Kaduna State House of Assembly..

Sources confirmed that the bandits blocked the highway for several hours and also killed some persons who were commuting the route at that time.

There has been an upsurge in highway abductions in Kaduna State recently with the Kaduna-Abuja expressway becoming an epicentre for bandits attacks in recent time.
