Conflicting News Over Death Of Gospel Artist, Osinachi Nwachukwu, Kingsley Muoghalu Mourns

  • A friend alleged she died of Domestic Violence, another said it was caused by complications of Cancer of the throat

Osinachi Nwachukwu, Nigerian gospel artist who sang the popular gospel music ‘Ekwueme’ is dead, aged 42.

She died amid conflicting reports of the cause of her death.

dOne of her close friends with Facebook name, Bar Chidinma, alleged that the gospel artist died due to domestic violence as she was constantly being maltreated by her husband who of recent hit her on the chest, which made her to be hospitalized and put under life support for five days until she finally died.

But another family member dispute this version of the story, saying that the gospel star died due to complications of cancer of the throat.

But there has been no official statement from her family on the death.

But what is not in dispute is that the death of the golden voiced Osinachi is a great loss to her family, friends, fans and the gospel music industry.

After remembering the lyrics of her hit song, “Ekwueme! Ekwueme! You are the Living God Eze no one like you,” Presidential aspirant, Kingsley Muoghalu said: “I am sad to learn of the death of the gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu, who with Prosper Ochimana sang the beautiful Christian praise song “Ekwueme” with lyrics that lift my soul like those of millions. Rest In Peace.”
