268 Nigerians stranded in China arrives Abuja

Two hundred and sixty eight (268( Nigerians who were stranded in China as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) imposed lockdown on international travels landed on Saturday at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

They landed at exactly 2:30 pm Nigerian time, according to a tweet by the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM),

They all arrived aboard a Nigerian carrier, Air Peace airline aircraft.

According to the tweet from NIDCOM, all the evacuees will be proceeding on a 14-day compulsory quarantined as mandated by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and the Federal Ministry of Health.
