Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists attacks fueled by international “conspiracy” to “destabilise and dismember Nigeria”

The Nigerian Army on Wednesday said that but for the international conspiracy to “cut Nigeria to size,” the Boko Haram/Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorism would have been defeated.

Acting Director, Army Public Relations, Colonel Sagir Musa, accused some unnamed international paymasters who are “making attempts to destabilise and dismember Nigeria” of sponsoring the terrorists.

Reacting to the killing of over 43 rice farmers and abduction of 10 women by terrorists in Zabarmari, Borno State on Saturday, Colonel Musa said in an article published on social media on Wednesday: “The recent killing of our people on a rice farm in Borno State was unexpected, inhuman, cowardly, dastardly and sadistic cruelty by the Boko Haram terrorists.

“There is no normal human being that will take pleasure in such inhuman massacre of defenceless and armless civilians, working on their farms; but that is the nature of terrorism and those who sponsor it.

“There is an international conspiracy to cut Nigeria to size and compromise national renegades making attempts to destabilise and dismember Nigeria if possible in subservience to the international paymasters, who are the owners of Boko Haram.

“They train them, arm them, finance them and supply their logistics.” https://frontend.1worldonline.com/widget/smart3-56057578.html#!/widget/9b0ba25c-5faa-433c-af72-a94897eb2780&type=widget&code=9b0ba25c-5faa-433c-af72-a94897eb2780&mode=smart3&token=9b0ba25c-5faa-433c-af72-a94897eb2780-1&location=https%3A%2F%2Fpunchng.com%2Fboko-haram-attacks-sponsored-by-international-community-to-destabilise-nigeria-army%2F about:blank
