Terrorists kidnap university teacher, 3 students in Abuja-Lokoja–Okene highway, North Central Nigeria

Terrorists operating in North Central Nigeria have kidnapped three students and a lecturer of Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara, Kogi State.

Sources say that the victims were kidnapped while returning from a vigil on Monday.

The source noted that the students, comprising a female student identified as Jumai and the lecturer were returning from a church service at the Living Faith Church, Osara when they were ambushed by their attackers on the Abuja-Lokoja–Okene highway.

The assailants, who wielded heavy ammunition including AK-47 rifles, forcefully dragged the victims out of the car and whisked them into a forest.
