Not fewer than five officials of the Borno State government supervising the construction of the Chibok-Damboa road were abducted by Islamic State in West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorists on Wednesday morning.

Sources said that the victims, who were supervising the road construction, were forcefully taken away near Wovi, a remote village in Chibok Local Government Area.
