Nigerian Late Gospel Singer Osinachi’s Body Received For Burial In Hometown, Abia State

Nigerian late Gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, has begun her final journey home as her body arrived at her hometown in Abia State for interment.

The singer’s body was received in her hometown in Amakpoke Umuaku community, Abia around 12:00 pm on Saturday.

Osinachi’s body arrives hometown in grand style

Osinachi, who sang the popular song ‘Ekwueme’ died on April 8, 2022.

Prior to the final internment on Saturday, a night of worship was held in Abuja on Thursday, June 23.

A Night of Prayer was also held in Isuochi, Umunneoochi Local Government Area, Abia State on Friday, June 24.

However, her husband Peter Nwachukwu will not be present for her wife’s burial as he is facing trial over her death.

Her family members accused the late singer’s husband Peter Nwachukwu of domestic violence, leading to her death.
