Insecurity: Terrorists Kill 2, Abduct 13 Farmers In Abuja Community

The terrorists who have made life very difficult for residents of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja on Saturday went on rampage, killing two villagers and abducting 13 farmers at Rafin-Daji and Kutara communities in Gurdi Ward of Abaji Area Council of the FCT.

The bandits had nine days ago invaded Gasakpa and Mawogi communities in Gawu Ward of the council and abducted eight farmers.

A relative of one of Saturday’s victims in Rafin-Daji, Shuaibu Dantani, said the terrorists, who arrived at about 11pm on Saturday, operated freely amid sporadic shooting, invading four houses and whisking the victims away.

The terrorists, the source added, then proceeded to neighbouring Kutara village and killed two villagers before abducting a man and his wife from their bedroom.

The Village Head of Gulida in Gurdi Ward, Sadauna Abubakar, confirmed the incidents through telephone on Sunday.

But the Spokesperson of the FCT Police Command, DSP Adeh Josephine, was yet to reply an SMS on the latest kidnap incident.
